Reiki I (one day class)

You will receive:

• describe and experience the benefits of Reiki
  
• explain the history of Reiki
  
• practice the Reiki hand positions for your own self-healing
  
• practice Reiki with each other
  
• understand the human energy system and how Reiki influences it
